Last night, Paul had the incredible opportunity to go out on a double crewed ambulance (DCA) with 2 Emma's in Northamptonshire. This was from 1pm until 1am! (I personally don't know how he did it!)
He had such an eye-opening time, being able to see the other side of the incredible emergency work these people do on a day-to-day basis. In total they attended 6 jobs, which included lots of hard work (and cups of coffee!)
On behalf of Paul and the rest of Leicester CFR's, we'd like to thank both Emma's for allowing Paul to have this experience. He thoroughly enjoyed it, and learnt many useful skills that he can utilise in his CFR role.
We are very grateful that Paul had this opportunity and hope to see more CFR's out on observation shifts soon.
